Transformation et rénovation du bâtiment administratif existant. Mise en conformité de l’ouvrage avec les normes incendie actuelles et requalification des espaces de travail.
Le projet comprend également la création d’une cafétéria destinée au personnel ainsi que l’aménagement d’un nouvel accès reliant le bâtiment à l’esplanade extérieure.
